I HAVE A MARKETING REQUEST,
WHAT DO I DO?
Just call or email the Marketing Department with your request (519-941-5151 or vcopeland@royallepage.ca), then we send you a proof. It's that easy!
WHAT IS THE NORMAL TURN-AROUND TIME?
Once the Marketing Department receives your request, a proof of your marketing piece will then be designed and emailed to you for approval. The normal turn-around time for this is the same day of request, or next day for larger marketing pieces.
I JUST APPROVED MY MARKETING PIECE, NOW WHAT HAPPENS?
Once approved, copies of your marketing piece can be printed and sent to your office through the inter-office courier. Or, if you would like to make your own copies, a high resolution file can be emailed to you, which you can then print yourself. The inter-office courier arrives twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT SERVICES?
The Marketing Department charges will be billed to you through the office.
You will see the charge on your office expenses.
